1. Who are you?
I’m a reporter from Poland. In the last few years I’ve been experiencing, observing, and processing the huge road to rejuvenation of China, and the complicated life-paths of Chinese people.

2. Where are you now?
In Beijing, in Dongcheng district, by my desk.

3. What do you do when you’re not travelling?
While in China, my daily life in Beijing is usually a bigger adventure than travelling itself.

4. What was the last piece of music you listened to?
The Last Goodbye”, by The Kills.

5. Tell us briefly the travel story you shared in LOST.
It’s a trip from Beijing, where hot summer lasts half a year, to Suwalszczyzna, the coldest part of Poland where winter used to last half a year. It’s a journey from my temporary place of living to my home, my childhood, and my roots.

6. What do you love about travel?
Meetings with people, concepts, ideas. Carefree moments.

7. What do you hate about travel?
Probably nothing.

8. Do you like to travel alone or with people? Why?
Depends on the destination and the starting point. My last trips were independent. Going by myself to Taiwan or Japan from Mainland China was an extraordinary mind and body balancing experience.

9. What do you think about during travel?
Mainly about the future.

10. Any future travel plans?
Hopefully remote parts of Xinjiang or Inner Mongolia.
